Consistency is our baseline. You are assigned a dedicated primary Curator, supported by a fully briefed secondary team. This ensures that even if your primary Curator is on rotation, you always receive the exact same Tidy Abode standard from a professional who knows your Dossier by heart.

Yes. This is non-negotiable.
We operate with comprehensive commercial coverage, including $3,000,000 in Liability and full Integrity Assurance to protect your physical assets.
Uniquely, we also carry a $100,000 Cyber Security Policy. This ensures that your digital privacy—including smart lock codes, alarm data, and personal information—is protected with the same rigor as your home.

Absolute transparency is a pillar of our service. As a member, you have full access to the data of your home—including the completed checklists, curator notes, and timestamped data from every visit.
To Access: Simply request a data export from your Lead Curator or email concierge@tidyabode.ca, and we will release your latest data within 24 hours.

This is the core of our standards. One-time services are transactional; we are a bespoke partner. Our membership model allows us to learn your home, your preferences, and your Dossier. It is what enables us to deliver hotel-standard hygiene as a proactive, 'it’s just done' experience.

Changes Outside 24 Hours: You can reschedule or skip a visit any time before the 24-hour mark, free of charge.
Cancellations Inside 24 Hours: If you must cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your visit, a $100 Reserved Slot Fee will apply. This policy is essential for protecting the dedicated time your Curator has reserved exclusively for your home.
Our Grace Pass: We are partners, not robots. We understand that true emergencies happen. That's why every Tidy Abode member automatically receives one grace pass per quarter to waive this fee, no questions asked.

There is no lock-in contract. We believe we should earn your membership with every single visit. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time; we simply ask for 48 hours' notice prior to your next scheduled arrival.

We offer a specialized Absentee Stewardship protocol for our members. We can easily adapt your membership to focus on home monitoring and maintenance rather than cleaning, ensuring your residence is cared for according to your specific needs while you are away. Please contact your Curator or concierge@tidyabode.ca to discuss a bespoke travel plan.

Our standards are built on maintaining a perfect baseline. The Calibration Clean is our comprehensive, one-time service to set that baseline. It allows us to map your residence, codify your specific preferences, and ensure all future visits are 100% focused on maintaining perfection, rather than catching up.

This is your seasonal clean. We've eliminated the need for a massive, disruptive deep clean by integrating those tasks (like baseboards, grout, and fridge interiors) into your regular visits on a rotating basis. Your home is always being proactively deep-cleaned.

Precision is our promise. If a curation ever falls short of standards, simply notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-calibrate the specific area at no cost. We do not just clean; we take full accountability for the result.

Our mandate is the perpetual reset—restoring the suite’s hygiene and aesthetic balance. To maintain this precision, we do not process personal laundry or manage full sinks of dishes.
However, we operate with service grace. We will always rinse a morning espresso cup or tidy a stray glass, but we ask that the heavy lifting be cleared so we can focus on the sanctuary details.

No. Our members are typically busy people. Most clients provide a concierge code or digital access, which we manage with encrypted security. Our goal is for you to leave a busy home and return to your reset sanctuary.

No. We are fully autonomous. We bring our own curated selection of cleaning solutions and equipment. Unless you have a specific request noted in your Dossier, you never need to worry about stocking supplies for us.

We believe the financial side of your membership should be as tidy as your home: invisible. All portfolios are billed automatically to your secure card on file. Receipts are sent digitally for your records, but otherwise, the logistics run silently in the background.

Unlike on-demand cleaning apps, Tidy Abode operates on a retainer model. Your membership fee covers more than just the hours on-site; it covers the invisible work performed before we arrive. This includes the study of your Dossier, the stocking of your specific chemical profile, and the reservation of your primary Curator's schedule. This upfront investment ensures that when we step through your door, we are fully briefed and ready to execute.
