The Dividends
Your dividend is based on the size of the home you refer.
Aerie — Up to 1.5 baths — $300
Meridian — Up to 2.5 baths — $500
Penthouse — Up to 4 baths — $800
How It Works
Send us a direct email introduction, or have them mention your name on their membership application. Either works.
Once they're approved and active for 60 days, your dividend is disbursed automatically. The 60-day window exists to protect the integrity of our roster — we only pay for placements that last. One referral, one payout. No cap on how many people you refer.
